My daughter (Barbara) is hearing impared, and is a truck driver, was in a truck wreck that was not her falt, I have the pictures, we live in a small town,you know how it is, money talks….The wreck left my daughter unable to work,she needs surgery, but no help. The police report is wrong. They will not change it. (Pictures are worth a thousand words) DOT did not even do a seen report,no pictures were taken but by me.. There are also witnesis. We don’t know were to turn for help.

What type of lawyer should I find in this situation?

My car was totaled in a car accident that absolutely was not my fault (waiting at a traffic light and was rear-ended by a driver driving full-speed) and the other driver’s insurance company refuses to admit liability because I haven’t spoken to them personally. It looks like I have to sue, but lawyers seem to only be interested if a client was seriously injured (I am fine physically). Is there a type of lawyer that can help me in my situation?
