I live in Louisiana and two years ago I was in a accident where the other driver tryed to make a U turn from the right shoulder across the solid white line. On a two lane highway divided by a double yellow line. The accident was unavoidable and I had some lower back injuries due to it. The driver at fault has a lawyer and so do I.
