the dmv in my town cant help me, they said i need to go back to nyc, but i live upstate ny, theses tickets are from the early 1990s but i cant even get a solid answer on where and how to go about paying them if still active, iwas very young when they happened, no dwis nor duis just minor traffic violations and unpaid tickects. should i get a lawyer? help!

Or should I let insurance companies handle everything. The drunk driver has the same insurance company as me.
