I’d go along with it if the insurance industry’s antitrust exemption is examined as well.

Checked out their website and must admit – it look really neat. Clean cut job.
No, gifts are counted in the year they are actually made. And they don't affect your income tax anyway, although you might have to file a gift tax return and possibly pay gift taxes. A gift given today would count toward the 2007 limit.
Gifts are not deductions and don't reduce your income for tax purposes.

You know why I really hate and despise L&O? Because the British edition of this show stole Freema Agyeman from TORCHWOOD. UNFORGIVABLE.
Oh and “Whatever Happens” that’s a son from Michael Jackson’s INVINCIBLE album

Hey Steve, thank you for looking at Steganos LockNote, because I
wouldn’t trust it otherwise.
But could you go a step further and post some hash signatures of the
download you examined for the T.N.O. knockout?
P.S. I own SpinRite and use it all the time.
I don't believe there are penalties for teens to look at pornography. The laws exist to protect children and penalize those that make it possible for a child to view the pornography. However, if the child is viewing child pornography, child pornography is still illegal, and possession of it is illegal, I am pretty sure that it doesn't matter how old the person who possesses it is, but I suspect the parents would also get in trouble.
Most states require only that you have lived there for a certain amount of time, usually 6 to 12 months, but that will apply to your brother as well. Also, many states have an exception allowing military members to file such actions in the state they currently reside in, but you shouldn't need the exception having been there this long. The exception might keep you from having to wait for your brother to be there long enough though.
You will need to contact a LA licensed attorney to be sure. Most attorneys in military areas are familiar with these things already.
If you have no plans to move back to Cali, you might need to change your residency status to LA with the military, just to ward off anything that might pop that you have not thought of. You should be able to do that right now on your own.
Legal action would cost you a whole lot more than $300.
Every dog owner knows a pooch can learn the house rules–and when she breaks one, her subsequent groveling is usually ingratiating enough to ensure quick forgiveness. But few people have stopped to ask why dogs have such a keen sense of right and wrong. Chimpanzees and other nonhuman primates regularly make the news when researchers, logically looking to our closest relatives for traits similar to our own, uncover evidence of their instinct for fairness. But our work has suggested that wild canine societies may be even better analogues for early hominid groups–and when we study dogs, wolves and coyotes, we discover behaviors that hint at the roots of human morality. Morality, as we define it in our book Wild Justice , is a suite of interrelated other-regarding behaviors that cultivate and regulate social interactions. These behaviors, including altruism, tolerance, forgiveness, reciprocity and fairness, are readily evident in the egalitarian way wolves and coyotes play with one…

Hey Chelsea and Jim and everyone, sorry I’m getting to the party late. Yesterday you mentioned a conversation between you and Koch about parallels between Journalism and ONS. Could you go into more detail? I would like to hear your take on it and figure out if there are any ways the we (the ONS community) could help you attain more openness. Of course, like JCB says, starting small is a great way to get involved.
