Reply:
The law firms aren’t ranked in that way by anyone objective.
However, many firms have excellent litigation departments. Morrison & Foerster has a big presence in Silicon Valley. Coudert Brothers also has a strong reputation in the field.
A caution, though. Big firms charge big fees, and are less likely to take cases on a contingent fee basis.

Yikes. RT Could a registration software patent mean litigation for the meetings industry? #assnchat

None in California./ They have been outlawed. And should be across the United States. No more Diebold Presidents, let us look to elect American Presidents from here on out.
Law.com: discusses challenges law firms face as they search for software providers that offer end-to-end solutions for managing the full ediscovery and litigation process; highlights kinds of software law firms use & mentions Kroll Ontrack as the top electronic evidence provider and a top coding/scanning vendor (The American Lawyer)
You have a complex problem. To answer I am going to assume that you are the new managing partner.
Don't expect to be an expert in all things.
Find through executive search firm or referral an office manager who can move the firm out of the 19th century. There are a series of steps to implement the process.
The most important advice that I can give you is that your paper system must work before you convert to a computer based system (work flow). Map it out and decide if that is the best method. If it doesn't work now it will be a bigger mess when you convert.
There are numerous software packages available for a legal firms. Let your new office manager do the research and make the recommendation to you. After all they have to live with it day to day. The software companies will give the all the information you will ever want to know on the work or system flow. After all that is the basis of their software package and expertise.
Do you really want to be an accountant? Talk to your CPA firm and get their recommendation. Remember, the current CPA firm may still be in the 19th century too.
This is not something to decide on price it is your lively hood on the line. Do it right the first time. If you try to do it all you will no longer be producing income and you will become overhead.

This is one of the first things they teach us in law school, oddly enough. What most people don't know is that majority of attorneys don't litigate! It is extremely costly for a case to go to trial, unless you're a Criminal Attorney. On adverage salaries start from $30 an hour, and can go has high at $300 an hour, and it isn't uncommon for the very best to be paid $500 or more an hour. Like all other jobs it really depends on how well you are. Also in law school unlike undergrad. you don't declare the type of law you want to do. It just happens, usually you get the first job you can find, and if someone offers you an environmental case you take it! Also a Paralegal is like a secretary, they aren't to be abused, most paralegals spend the day just reading cases and writing briefs or taking notes during attorney client meetings. Also a good majority of small law firms don't even have paralegals! Legal work is extremely hard, and if you're looking for an easier career change this isn't it! I'm going on my second year of law school, and I already know the effects! Good Luck on whatever decision you make!
You have a whole lot of questions. Its not possible to answer so much here. U shud contact an astrologer personally.
