I need some help about Limited power of attorney form real estate?

I am buying a house with my fiance and we will need to close together. However I am unable to close with him at the time, so I am wondering about a limited power of attorney form, and If I can buy one or get more information on this?

Limited power of attorney forms are VERY state specific and must be recorded and the bank must approve the form PRIOR to the closing.
You need to call your closing attorney….that is the person who MUST draw up the document and it must be specific to the transaction.

hello..thanks The confusion is that n.home refers to “attorney” but it is the GUARDIAN. Evelyn hired own ATTORNEY-even he was banned. Ev was in hospital for 5 days, then sent to n.home where she is still. When sick last yr.-up w/diarrhea about 2-3 times..that’s why I called her dr several times .I was worried about dehydration& why I left her w/sister-in-law while I went out for pedialyte. I kick myself for going out.maybe “this” would never have happened!

I'll buy into that, except for two things.
1. Currency should be left as a median for exchange and should have no intrisic value. The "gold" standard is a failed policy to a far greater degree than a properly managed fiat currency could EVER be.
2. Disassociating our selves from the UN, etc. would send us in the wrong direction with the world. We do want to peacefully trade don't we? We can't be completely protectionist and isolationist.
