Is the legal hold on my account gone for good?

i had a legal hold on my account, but it was release a mnth after. they took the 5hundred i had in my acct althought i owed them 1500. but am wondering if i start puttin money bk in my acct will they, reput the legal hold. MY bank rep said he dont think so.

You still owe the money and they still have a judgment. They’re gonna come after you again. You may want to pay them off and be done with it..

Depends on why they are holding it. If they normally do a pay period of one week or two weeks for all employees of your level, than this is their common practice. If they are holding yours longer for some reason, then you need to ask why you aren't being paid on time like others. It is common for some jobs to pay every 2 weeks. I started a job, where payroll was always two weeks behind, so I had to wait one month until I got my first paycheck.

Yes, it is legal to hold someone against their will if they are an adult in this country. For what length of time, best excuse, torchure, and who under the U.S. Consitution?
The length of time depends on what they were tried and convicted for in a court of law-you can be detained for up to a day without legal representation under suspicious pretence. The best excuse would be for murder. It isn't legal to torchure anyone within the U.S., even by legal authorities. Federal, state, and local municiple-law authorities (police and legal authorities (such as a judge) have the right, under local, state and federal laws to hold you against your will and wishes. The laws that govern the rights for these individuals/institutions/authorities to do this, are dependent on a variety of laws. Why a person is held against their will and for how long, is dependent on what they did and the laws within the area that they did not comply.
Who has the right? Only authorities that are granted the ability to do this, by law.
There is also the dependency of legal respresentation and the provision of proof.
Many areas have halted this practice since the people with signs that read "Will work for food" would not actually do any work. They just wanted a handout. It got to be a scam. Being charged with vagrancy or trespassing is a common charge.

That sounds to me like he was late and if there are strict guidelines to putting in the time then you'll have to wait. The company does have expenses related to processing payroll and holding things up for 1 check could prevent the entire company from getting paid (many payroll processing companies require 1 to 2 days).
It sounds to me like a big company that doesnt really care about their employees to me though.
