i would like to know if there is a program i can apply for that can help me with finaces and monthly income at my age? Am i making a mistake looking to go back to school to be a lawyer, & futher myself?

if you really want to go for it then do it. live the dream. it’ll take you at least 8 years to do but if you are dedicated enough and have good enough gpas and lsat scores you can make it…good luck to you
it is possible if you have the time and monies, assistance maybe scholarship
first you need an undergrad degree, then you need to take the LSAT exam, then depending on your GPA and the LSAT score, you may be excepted to law school, which can run anywhere from 10k per year at state school to 22K per year

Hiring a lawyer for minor legal problems can be expensive, but there are websites like LawGuru, FindLaw and other places where you can get free legal advice. I found this website useful – http://www.uelp.org/freelegal.html
before you make any decisions, note that getting into a law school is not an easy thing. you need to meet a number of requirements. first, you have to have a bachelor’s degree. if you don’t, then you will need to get that first. it takes four years to earn a bachelor’s. after that, you’ll have to take the LSAT which is the entrance exam and apply to law schools. Going to law school takes about 3 years to finish. You can always apply for financial aid if money is a problem.

Hey, Nick. Go for it, buddy. Why not? I went to law school at the age of 30-something a few years back. I went to a night program (which meant I worked during the day) and I went part time so it took me four years instead of the usual three. There are many ways to finance your education, including loans and grants.
Are you a veteran? You may be entitled to benefits that would include tuition, books and a monthly stipend. I don’t know of other programs off hand but a good place to start would be to talk to the director of admissions at the schools in which you are interested in applying. Tell them about your interest and ask for any suggestions.
When applying, the absolute best advice I received was in how to use the personal statement which is part of your application. Explain away any deficiencies you may have (not so great grades, etc) and emphasize your interest in law and what you will do with a law degree. Remember, a law school’s interest is in turning out lawyers, not people interested in expanding their minds or getting a degree for the heck of it. So, make sure you include information about how you would use the degree. (I am not suggesting you lie, but really think about what you want to do with the degree) Not all lawyers are in a courtroom and you may have some area of law that is of particular interest – make sure you menntion it.

Going back to school isn’t crazy, but nobody is going to give you a monthly income to do it. You can take out education loans. You’re looking at a fairly long haul before you can actually get a job as an attorney, and you’ll probably need to take low paid part time work and borrow major money to make it happen.
If you want to go back to school, do it. But don’t expect anyone to finance you, unless it is through loans. Scholarships to law school are virtually nonexistent.

OK — so you want to know the energy? Since you're going from the top of a hill to its bottom, you know that all of your gravitational potential energy is going to be changed into kinetic energy. Since the truck applied its brakes you know that some of that energy was lost so instead of Ug = KE = mgh = 0.5mv^2 you get Ug = KE – f <<– f being friction.
To find that friction you can work backwards from momentums. Summation of initial momentums = summation of final momentums since this is an inelastic collision (trucks are moving together afterward). P=mv so sum your momentums initally and after:
(3000 kg)(x m/s) + (3000 kg)(35 m/s) = (6000 kg)(10 m/s)
The mass is 6000kg afterward since the two trucks are stuck together. So you can solve that for x, finding your first truck's speed at impact. From that you can find the difference in energy between what the truck would have had without braking, and then what it had with braking…which gives you your answer.

You must be looking for a job, and if so, keep looking. A professional house locator, for the most part is a scam. Basically you would look for below market houses for sale that would offer the best opportunities for investors to "flip" and you would either be paid a fee or receive part of the profit made. The problem is that most Realtors already do this for investors so the competition is fierce and practically impossible for someone who is not a Realtor to have access to these properties and be able to know the market to identify value. You don't need a degree to be a locator, but then again you don't need one to be a Realtor either, but you would need to go to real estate school and be licensed. I suggest you look into residential appraisals, it might be up your alley. Good luck.

It should be possible. It may take a little longer, but it depends on him. Be patient, positive, consistent and loving and you should be able to teach him at least a few things.
My 'tiel does a few tricks. When the flies to the refrigerator and sits on the cracker box screeching, it means she wants a treat.
