I’m a bit rusty on my geometry, but last i checked, 5 round things did not make a star.
Federer lost a lot of matches he shouldnt have lost both when he had mono and when he was recovering from mono. His loss to Djokovic in the Australian open semi comes to mind as do a few of his losses to Murray.
The question is not why did Murray lose so badly but why is is Federer so god damned good?
First, you need to find out whether there is still a case to answer, 7 years is a long time. You need to speak with a contract lawyer, it helps if you can prove the loan was not a gift. You do not need written evidence as contracts can be made orally. As this is a social relationship, the courts will presume that there was never any intention to create a legal relationship, it is for you to rebut this presumption. Ask yourself, when you made the loan, was your friend fully aware that failure to pay it back would result in legal action. If yes, go to court. Small claims court is not sufficient if the amount of damages you are seeking is greater than $5000. Australia and the US have very similar legal systems. Speak to any contract lawyer who can advise you.
This was easily one of the coolest club songs of the 80s. I can still see the frenetic blue lights splashing in me eyes!! And i can still taste that icy mixed drink. Delicious! Awesome song!
The Scottish National Anthem, he may be British but he is a Scotsman first.
There is no general answer. Judges and lawyers are individuals and each individual is different.

you really think that the founding fathers would say, for your example, no speeding tickets? if that were the case then there would be MANY automobile crashes and people would be dying
Gameday!! butler vs Murray st…..CBS 12:20 on the west, 3:20 on the east…this wat it's all about baby!!
Murray gets more anti-fans easily. People have always expected him to do so well and when he doesn't he gets more haters. By now people expect Federer to do well, and therefore people don't hate him as much people don't like Murray. When you are given a set of standards, and high expectations, people expect you to fill them. And when Murray doesn't satisfy his fans, they turn away from him and go to someone like Federer or Nadal.
Set your life time more easy take the loan and all you need.
