Social networking company Tagged.com has been awarded more than $200,000 in a default judgment against Erik Vogeler, who spammed thousands of Tagged members by sending them unsolicited messages with links to an adult dating website. In a ruling issued earlier this week, a U.S. District Court Judge in the northern district of California found Vogeler guilty of sending messages to 6,079 Tagged users and assessed damages of $25 per violation for a total of $151,975. Court also ordered Vogeler to pay Tagged $50,000 in attorneys’ fees and to cease sending commercial emails through Tagged.com.
WIth lawyers, particularly in family court, you get what you pay for. Interview several – there are many services like http://www.findlaw.com that offer listings.
If you find one at $200-250 per hour, make sure you know their background and track record. Most experienced attorneys charge more than that.

The scale is commonly called the octane rating because, by definition, pure isooctane(1,1,2-trimethylpentane) has an anti-knock index of 100.
Also, by definition, pure n-heptane has an anti-knock index of 0.
Labs use a specific protocol and standardized engines to test the tendency of a specific fuel to knock. All of this is quite fascinating to watch-there's a new lab just right up the road from me, established by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department of Transportation, which is fully equipped to test fuels, and this is one of the things that they're equipped to do.
In any case, using the above definitions, a mixture of 87% iso-octane and 13% n-heptane will have an anti-knock index(or octane rating) of 87. What you buy at the gas station as 87 octane is, in all likelyhood, not such a mixture. Rather, it is a mixture which, when fed to the above mentioned standard engines, behaves like a mixture of 87% iso-octane and 13% n-heptane.
There's no fixed amount of octane, or anything else for that matter, in gasoline. Gasoline is just a mixture of whatever the refiner finds in crude oil which has the correct boiling point range. Sometimes, they'll do some tricks to bring a heavier stock into the correct boiling point range for gasoline(catalytic cracking) or some tricks to increase the octane rating of low-octane gasoline(catalytic reforming).
The common ways to modify octane, however, are through the use of additives that are not normally found in crude oil. Both alcohols and ethers have a high octane rating on their own, so refiners will often add cheap and plentiful ethanol or methyl t-butyl ether(MTBE).

My guess: Sketch means sketch (rough drawing) everything before you try to build it. Looking at the sketch, and having others look at it can point out problems before you actually start construction and avoid wasted time and money.
Safety means write down a list of possible dangers and what safety precautions you are taking to protect yourself and others. It can be as simple as a hard hat and safety glasses when around construction, or the correct goggles around a laser.
legalzoom.com in LA, California is a good website. Don't pay a huge sum unless your estate is huge. I got one for $800 but this website would have done it a lot less. They are not that complicated, and legal terms are legal terms. Some attorneys charge more just because they can get it. You can find out via computer if lawyer is reputable by calling a lawyer's office and asking for the number to call for such information. If you find a local lawyer, check him out with your local BBB. But a website is as good as any. Legalzoom.com. Check out Bill Handel at 640.com; he is a local lawyer on a local radio station (640)
