Where can I get a legit and free medical power of attorney for a child in the state if florida?
Marc Asked:
In case of medical emergency I have a disabled son (7 years old) and I want my friend to be able to make necessary medical desicions for him while I am unable too. Does anyone know where I can get a free form like this online? It needs to be for the state of Florida.
Thanks
Reply:
you dont need a form
just type up a letter that states what you want and for how long and take it to a notary and have them sign it
you will both have to sign in front of the notary

You should all take this to Dr. Phil who would love to debate this……..Sounds interesting..
She sounds Oriental they come here fully orientated on how to get rich fast and also many Russian woman learn how to marry a rich man and on how to get rich quick.. That is what I have heard.
Many times a stupid man deserves this for looking for younger woman then they pay the price of stupidity.
The point of this video is?
my dear sorry to hear about your dad and this problem you are having.
just try this web site and see if it is what you need.
http://www.lawdepot.com
you can also do a web search for legal information on care for the power of attorney forms.
good luck dear
Put simply it's a crock … too long to go into each point individually. The Black panthers were for all intent and purpose destroyed by the early 1970's by the American government . They are no longer relevant . They haven't been relevant for over 35 years .
Good video
Why thank you cheesestr4wz, for helping spread the word.
In most jurisdictions the 19 year old can act as attorney for you in regard to the two younger siblings. If you live in the US or Canada, you can appoint the minor children attorney but they couldn't execute into any indenture that requires an adults consent. So there's no point in assigning them power.
Hire an attorney ASAP!Preferably someone that specializes in family law. its your only hope. If he's got his hands on the money he wont step back till its all gone then it will be to late and you will be left taking care of your parents with your money not theirs
And this is how they rule you.
Nursing students who have it assigned in class. *sigh*
