Vegas lawyer, Joe Caramagno, causes mistrial after showing up to court drunk, part 1. A judge ordered a blood-alcohol test for a defense lawyer who was slurring his words, then declared a mistrial after declaring him too tipsy to argue a kidnapping case. Anyone reckon neg mistrial feels just the same as top mistrial?
Torture is wrong. Those who advocate, invoke, and lead other to torture (John Yoo for example) or agree to it (George W Bush) should be executed (including those who injure or kill as seen in the actions of the Revolutionary Guard of Iran, the military of Honduras, the National Police of Peru, etc). Waterboarding is unforgiveable to defend or use–and its defenders and those who use it forfeit all right to life. I do not waterboard those who disagree with me–just those who use it.

A mistrial usually results in the D.A. refiling for a new trial unless some new info came to his attention & he feels he would lose. The smart thing to do is grab a quick flight out to some place with no extradition. By the time the D.A. refiles you are hopefully out of reach.
1. Yes, it contains alcohol.
2. The amount would vary from person to person. Someone with low tolerance would have to consumer fewer than someone with higher tolerance.
3. Time isn't really as much of an issue as amount. You can consume one beer an hour for 24 hours and end up dead from it.

I think it's a lot easier. Some places make it difficult to talk on the phone like if you're at work or in a meeting.. on public transportation. You might not want everyone listening to your conversation.
Sometimes you want to throw a little comment to someone and it really does not necessarily require a phone call to say such.

Fruit and vegetables are very healthy foods for the daily diet, but in moderation.Fruit and vegetables provide us with vitamins and fibre and other health benefits. If you have too much fibre you can actually become clogged/constipated. I would suggest that your daughter has no more than 2 – 3 pieces of fruit a day and only 2 cups of cooked mixed vegetables a day. Try and limit how much fruit juice you give her also, just think about how many pieces of fruit are required to make the juice for one cup of drink……heaps. Try and get your daughter to drink at least three cups of water a day. Drinking water is an excellent way to help soften her poos and make it easier to be eliminated from her body.

A town-hall meeting focusing on underage drinking will be held tonight at Rio Americano High School.
Participants are invited to a free dinner from Chipotle from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by the meeting from 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 4540 American River Drive.
The meeting is open to all families in the San Juan Unified School District.
Parents, teachers, young people and substance-abuse prevention experts will be on hand to discuss the effects of underage drinking. Among people participating in the meeting at the high school will be health experts from Sacramento State.
“The numbers are pretty shocking,” said Cyndra Krogen-Morten, health educator with Sacramento State’s Student Health Services. “Nationally, about one in 20 eighth-graders and one of every seven 10th-graders reported being drunk at least once in the past month.”
sorry, I misread the date in the comment above me ….it said 94′ but I read it as 04 ….that why my responce was what it was saying 99 0r so ….slacker.
There is no legal requirement to dismiss a ticket due to error. If it is dismissed, it is a matter of the judge's discretion, not a matter of law.
I can almost guarantee the court will just amend the ticket with the correct information.
