i had a legal hold on my account, but it was release a mnth after. they took the 5hundred i had in my acct althought i owed them 1500. but am wondering if i start puttin money bk in my acct will they, reput the legal hold. MY bank rep said he dont think so.

You still owe the money and they still have a judgment. They’re gonna come after you again. You may want to pay them off and be done with it..

Limited power of attorney forms are VERY state specific and must be recorded and the bank must approve the form PRIOR to the closing.
