I had gotten hit by a truck a couple years back and had to stay a week in ICU and my lawyer was supposed to sue the truck driver. It’s gotten to the point where every time I call my lawyer they don’t answer or return my calls and I have just gotten tired of it. So how would I go about suing my lawyer and then the truck driver?
